General

Ludex is a real-time business analytics platform that helps companies connect all their data sources, build interactive dashboards, and surface AI-powered insights. It's designed to be powerful enough for data engineers and intuitive enough for business users.
Ludex is used by companies from 5-person startups to Fortune 500 enterprises. Our typical customer is a growth-stage company (50-500 employees) with 2-15 people in data, analytics, or operations roles who need reliable, fast analytics without building custom infrastructure.
Most customers have their first dashboard up and running within a few hours of signing up. Connecting your first data source takes 5-10 minutes with our guided setup. Full onboarding for a team of 10+ typically takes 1-2 weeks, including dashboard templates, user provisioning, and custom metric definitions.
No — most of Ludex's functionality is available through a visual interface. Our drag-and-drop dashboard builder, visual query builder, and AI query interface are designed for non-technical users. For those who prefer it, we also support full SQL and a developer API.

Pricing & Plans

Yes — all plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you choose a plan or your account moves to read-only mode (your data is preserved for 30 days).
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period. Annual plan customers can upgrade immediately with a prorated charge.
We'll send you a notification when you reach 80% of your monthly limit. You can purchase additional event packs at $15 per additional million events, or upgrade to a higher plan. We never silently drop data — if you exceed your limit, we'll continue collecting and notify you of overage charges.
Yes. We offer 30% discounts for qualifying nonprofits. For early-stage startups (under $1M ARR), we have a Startup Program that provides 50% off Professional plan for the first year. Contact us at startups@ludex.cc to apply.
Enterprise includes unlimited users, unlimited dashboards, custom event volume, all integrations including custom connectors, white-label branding, SSO/SAML/SCIM, dedicated Customer Success Manager, 99.99% uptime SLA, custom data residency, advanced security controls, and a dedicated Slack channel with your support team.

Data & Integrations

Ludex has 50+ native connectors including Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, Google Analytics, PostgreSQL, MySQL, BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, Mixpanel, Segment, Intercom, Zendesk, Shopify, and many more. We also provide an API for custom data sources. See our full integrations list.
Data refresh frequency depends on the source and your plan. Most database and warehouse connections can be configured to refresh every 15 minutes or on-demand. Real-time sources (via our Streaming API or Kafka connector) update in under a second. Batch sources (file uploads, some SaaS connectors) refresh every 1-24 hours.
Yes — Ludex can query your existing Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Databricks warehouse directly, without copying data. This is called "direct query mode" and is available on Professional and Enterprise plans.
Ludex automatically ingests and normalizes data from all your sources into a unified data layer. You can join data across sources in the query builder or SQL editor using common identifiers (user ID, customer ID, etc.). Our semantic layer lets you define these relationships once and use them everywhere.

Security

Yes — Ludex is SOC 2 Type II certified. We complete an annual audit with an independent security firm. Our report is available to Enterprise customers under NDA. We are also GDPR compliant with full data processing agreements available, and HIPAA Business Associate Agreements are available for Enterprise healthcare customers.
By default, data is stored in the US (AWS us-east-1). EU data residency is available on Enterprise plans (data stored in AWS eu-west-1, Frankfurt). All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3.
Never, without your explicit permission. Our support team cannot access your data without your written authorization. When you grant support access, we log every action and you can revoke access at any time. We do not use your data to train AI models.

Technical

Yes — we have a full REST API that lets you push data, create and manage dashboards programmatically, retrieve query results, manage users, and more. API access is available on Professional and Enterprise plans. Documentation is at ludex.cc/api.
Yes — Ludex supports embedded analytics via signed iframes or our JavaScript SDK. You can embed individual charts, full dashboards, or a white-labeled analytics interface. Embedding is available on Professional (limited) and Enterprise (unlimited with white-label branding) plans.
There's no hard limit on query size or result set. Queries are optimized and paginated automatically. For very large result sets (10M+ rows), we recommend exporting to a file format rather than loading into the UI. Maximum export size is 1 billion rows per query.

Starter plan: community forum and email support (48h response). Professional plan: priority email support (4h response), live chat during business hours. Enterprise plan: dedicated Customer Success Manager, 1h response SLA, 24/7 emergency line, dedicated Slack channel.
Professional plan customers get a free 1-hour onboarding call with our solutions team. Enterprise customers get a dedicated onboarding program including implementation support, custom dashboard setup, and team training sessions.
